The Challenge

When we met Daniel and the Pritchard team, they had their hands full growing at an insanely fast rate and taking on the global pandemic. Immediately, they communicated that they wanted to boost their lead generation efforts and visibility in the market. They wanted their online presence to match the one they’ve taken over a century to develop offline.

This one would be a steep hill to climb as the old website didn’t have that much attention, there weren’t really any internal inbound marketing employees, and there were no existing demand or lead generation campaigns in place. It took a few conversations with Daniel and the team to get their exact needs and goals downloaded, so that we could formulate the most profitable path forward.

The Solution

In the end, we partnered with a small design agency to help them rebuild their website from the ground up, with Technical SEO practices built in. This ensured that we had the correct foundations set up. While the new website was being built, we thoroughly audited the old landing pages and site structure. Our strategists determined that an entire new site structure was needed and with the insights gained from our keyword and competitor research, worked to build out an editorial plan that would capture both top of funnel traffic, and funnel users into conversion points throughout the site.

After heavy collaboration with the Pritchard team on the exact implementations and content production needed for success, we got to work. Writing new title tags, updating url structures, creating resource content, building out new landing page copy, and optimizing business listing profiles. It was a lot of non glamorous and hard work, but we think it paid off.

The site is now performing better than ever, and most importantly, generating inbound demand and leads from search for the first time in its history.
