The Challenge
When we met Daniel and the Pritchard team, they had their hands full growing at an intensely fast pace while taking on the global pandemic. Immediately, they communicated that they wanted to boost their lead generation efforts and visibility in the market. They wanted their online presence to match the one they’ve taken over a century to develop offline.
This hill would be a steep one to climb as the old website hadn’t received much attention; there weren’t any internal marketing team members focused on inbound, and there were no existing SEO campaigns in place. After a few conversations with Daniel and the team to get their exact needs and goals downloaded, we formulated the most profitable path forward.
The Strategy
We rebuilt their website from the ground up, with technical SEO practices built in. While the new website was being built with solid foundations, we thoroughly audited the old landing pages and site structure, which we reworked using the insights gained from our keyword and competitor research. We then built out an editorial plan that would help Pritchard capture both top of funnel traffic, as well as guide website visitors into conversion points throughout the site.
We got to work writing new title tags, updating URL structures, creating resource content, building out new landing page copy, and optimizing business listing profiles. The implementation work wasn’t as glamorous as the strategy, but most importantly: it got done quickly and at high quality, leading to almost immediate, significant pipeline generation.
The site is now performing better than ever, and most importantly, generating inbound demand and consistent lead flow from SEO for the first time in its history.
