Get full attribution of LinkedIn sales activities within Salesforce CRM.

Finally, you can fully integrate all of your LinkedIn activities – not just InMails and Notes – to Salesforce CRM.

Imagine that your Salesforce Leads, Contacts, Accounts, and Opportunities all had a timeline showing all of the LinkedIn activity that they took on social media.

This level of integration has never been possible before. Third-party integrators, and the out-of-the-box integration packages don’t even come close.

Nimble B2B Revenue Teams Use Aware

Key Integration Benefits

The Aware LinkedIn/Salesforce integration opens up creative revenue operations techniques that have until now only been possible with an enormous amount of data entry work.

Finally, you can show off the results of your LinkedIn program to your board, drive more customer referrals, and run engagement-based demand gen campaigns.

Here’s what you’ll have:

Reporting in LinkedIn

LinkedIn Activity Reporting in CRM

Easily build a Salesforce dashboard showing how much LinkedIn activity each rep on your team is doing – including direct messages, connections made, comments left, profile views received, and any other relevant activity.

Full Social Selling Attribution

Shed some light on Dark Social. Begin to understand which of your employees’ LinkedIn presences are driving the most revenue. Go beyond Likes and Comments, and establish attribution at the Opportunity level. See a full interaction timeline of Connections, Post Engagements, and DMs exchanged, interspersed with the traditional log of emails and customer meetings. Understand which of your team’s LinkedIn Posts drove the most leads, to optimize content marketing.

Job Changes Right In CRM

Easily contact prospects who have changed jobs recently and become a good fit prospect for you at their new role. Because decision makers spend a large percentage of their budget in the first 90 days, this is a fantastic tactic that tends to convert over 3X as well as traditional cold outreach.

Hyper-Personalized Ads and Call Lists

Pull lists of top prospects that have engaged with a particular Competitor, to customize your outreach messaging. Or, easily build ad audiences that target people who engage with a particular influencer, or who repeatedly engage with your company’s staff, in minutes.

Referrals from LinkedIn

Customer Referral Amplification System

Find out which of your net-new prospects have a relationship with your top Customers, to drive referrals. Pull call lists of these prospects and hand them to your sales team, to easily name-drop one of your Customers that the prospect has engaged with.

LinkedIn to Salesforce Integration FAQs

Yes, currently we require you to have Sales Navigator in order to use Aware. If you’re buying for your team and not all of your reps have Sales Navigator, contact us for a custom solution.

Sales Navigator lets you effectively build lists of prospects, and gives you access to LinkedIn’s proprietary data set. But it was not built with social selling productivity in mind. Think of Aware as a superpower on top of Sales Navigator: a much deeper Salesforce sync, many more types of useful alerts than Sales Nav alone, and much more actionable. Sales Navigator = List Building Tool; Aware = Social Selling Action Platform.

No, Aware does not automate activity for you. We believe in using LinkedIn to build authentic, high-quality B2B relationships. Using automation tools to message prospects is typically not effective.

If you’re interested in using Aware for Hubspot, please contact us! It’s on our roadmap.

You need to have a field on your Leads and Contacts called “LinkedIn Profile URL”, and that field needs to be filled in for the integration to work. Don’t have that? No problem! We offer data enrichment and implementation services to enrich your CRM with this data.

Nope! We’re just fans of what they’ve built and are interested in leveling up the social selling profession.

Nope! You can pick from any or all of the following interaction types:
  • Customer changed jobs
  • Prospect engaged with Customer’s post
  • Prospect engaged with Advocate’s post
  • Prospect engaged with Competitor’s post
  • Prospect engaged with Influencer’s post
  • Prospect engaged with your rep’s post
  • Prospect viewed your rep’s profile
  • Customer published post
  • Influencer published post
  • Advocate published post
  • Rep sent/received message to/from Prospect
  • Prospect accepted Rep’s connection request

We create a Salesforce Completed Task object for each of the interactions above. These Tasks are created on the relevant Contact or Lead object with a LinkedIn Profile URL that matches. You can customize which ones you want logged, and which ones you don’t.

I am both local to and currently based in the Austin, Texas area. For college, I studied business and marketing and began offering small business consulting. This allowed me to apply the skills I was learning in school to real-world scenarios while working towards getting my degree. My personal passion is photography and I have been specializing in portraits and weddings for 11 years.

What’s a perfect day for you?

A perfect day for me would begin with a quiet and serene sunrise, sipping a hot cup of coffee, followed by a trip with my friends to a lake or river. It must include delicious snacks, sparkling wine and multiple over the top animal-shaped pool floaties.

What’s your favorite part of your job?

Getting to work with amazing people while simultaneously being able to spend the whole day with my senior rescue pup!

What’s a recipe that no one makes better than you?

Tequila Pineapple ;)

Location: Chicago, IL

I live in Chicago, Illinois but I’m originally from the suburbs of Detroit, Michigan. I regularly (and poorly) sing at karaoke nights with my friends. When I’m not butchering songs in public, I am probably watching drag queens perform digitally or in-person, listening or dancing to K-pop, EDM, punk, or synth, watching British or Australian comedies, or playing a strategy or management PC game.

What’s a perfect day for you?

I spend a lot of my free time with my boyfriends as a polyamorous man, so my perfect day would definitely include one of them. Getting brunch at a local diner with one of my boyfriends followed by some shopping, the beach, maybe a live show in downtown Chicago, a fancy dinner, and going dancing at one of our favorite clubs afterwards.

What’s your favorite part of your job?

It’s mostly psychology and about making people feel seen, as people and as professionals. So, I get to genuinely put smiles on the faces of people that extend beyond their bank accounts: and that’s always a great feeling.

What’s a recipe that no one makes better than you?
